Creating your account.

In this tutorial we will be showing how you can create your own billing account, where all of your hosting / domain registrations that you have with us will be ordered and managed.

  1. Let's start by browsing to the location of the billing control panel:

  3. Click on the "Account" drop-down menu at the right side of the navigation menu, then click on "Register".

  5. Now let's fill out the account information fields. The information you fill in these fields will determine who owns the account and all services under the account.

  7. Set a good security question and answer. Please be sure to fill this out since it helps with account recovery and security verification. We'll ask you for the answer to this question before making any account changes. Carefully select a question/answer that you would best remember, but isn't easily guessed.

  8. Please be sure to read the Terms of Service and then check the box to the left of "I have read and agree to the Terms of Service".

  9. Once you've finished the above steps, you can click on "Register" to create your new account.

    Your new billing account is now created! You can use the email you registered with and the password you set to access your new account at the below link.

    We've provided a table below that shows all the requested fields and a description next to each to help you understand how to properly insert your account information:

First Name This should be your legal first name.
Last Name This should be your legal last name.
Company Name Your company / organization name (if applicable).
Email Address Your email address. This address will be used for accessing login credentials, receiving billing notifications, and other account administration emails.
Password A password of your choice. You can use our secure password generator at
Confirm Password Enter your password a second time to confirm the spelling.
Address 1 Your primary Personal / Business address.
Address 2 This field is optional in the case you have a second address.
City Your city name. Please don't use abbreviations here.
State/Region Please select your state or region from the drop-down menu.
Zip Code Your zip / postal code
Country The Country the billing contact resides in.
Phone Number Please enter a good contact number here. This number will be used to contact you with important information if necessary.
Confirm Email Address Enter your email address a second time to ensure it was entered correctly.
