How to Exclude an IP from SmarterStats

  1. Log in as a site administrator.
  2. Click the settings icon.
  3. Expand the Site Settings folder.
  4. Click General Settings.
  5. Click the Import Filtering tab.
  6. Click the Add menu in the content pane toolbar and click Import Filter.
  7. In the Type field, select Exclude an IP address.
  8. In the IP Address field, type in the IP address to be excluded from statistics.
  9. Click OK.
  10. Click Save.

SmarterStats not showing any website statistics

If your SmarterStats isn't showing any website statistics, please follow these steps to reprocess the logs:
