Create a Sitemaker Account
- Follow the URL to the Sitemaker page. http://sm.hostek.com/
- Once there, you can test the various features by clicking test drive
- When you are ready to design your site, do the following:
- Click on sign up
- Choose a package and submit(there is no cost for any of the packages so just choose whatever best fits your needs)
- Fill out the required fields on the form and submit (You can leave the "Yes, I'd like the 30-day free trial!!!" check-box checked. We will activate your account in the final step below.)
- Your Site Maker password will be sent in an e-mail to the address you just provided.
- Login at http://sm.hostek.com/
- Design your site (In the lower left corner, you will see 'User Manual' and 'Help Movie'. These are great sources of information on how to do common tasks in the Site Maker.)
Publishing Site
When you are ready to publish, send an email to support@hostek.com with the below information, we will then activate your Site Maker account and set it up to publish to your site.
- domain name(where you want Site Maker to publish):
- ftp password(for the above domain for verification):
- Site Maker username(that you created in the steps above):
Our Support team will then activate your Sitemaker account and let you know via email this is completed and you can publish your site to the server through Sitemaker.
