SimpleScripts provides easy one-click management of over 70 of the web's top applications, including WordPress, Joomla, phpBB, Roundcube, Gallery, and more. SimpleScripts is a "hosted service", so you can add applications to your existing web hosting account, whether or not your host supports it!

Signing up for SimpleScripts

To install the cPanel Simple scripts plugin you need to create a Multi-User & WebHost account by going to: http://www.simplescripts.com/host/activate. Once your account is created, you will get a Host Key and a Host API Key which is required by the SimpleScripts plugin.

Installing the SimpleScripts plugin

  1. SSH into your VPS
  2. run
     rpm -ivh http://www.simplescripts.com/vault/download/cpanel-latest.rpm
If you don't get any errors then the plugin installed successfully
  3. Login to WHM as the "root"
  4. On the left sidebar, under the "Plugins" category (at the bottom), click "SimpleScripts".
  5. Enter your Host Key and Host API Key from the Integration Settings portion of your SimpleScripts host panel, and click "Save and Activate".

For troubleshooting and more information on the installation refer to: http://www.simplescripts.com/documentation/cpanel
