Billing Control Panel - How to Change Password

  • Login to your "Client Billing Area" at cp.hostek.com.
  • Click on "Hello, <name>" .
  • Then click the option for "Change Password"
  • Enter in your CURRENT password, followed by the NEW password you wish to use in both boxes.
  • Click on "Save Changes" tab.

Windows Control Panel - How to Change Password

  • Login to your "Client Billing Area" at cp.hostek.com.
  • Click on "Hello, <name>" .
  • Then click the option for "Change Password"
  • Enter in your CURRENT password, followed by the NEW password you wish to use in both boxes.
  • Click on "Save Changes" tab.

This will change your password to both wcp.hostek.com and cp.hostek.com.

Linux Control Panel - cPanel - How to Change Password

  • Login to your cPanel
  • Click Change Password under Preferences
  • Fill in the information that it asks for
  • Click Change your password now!

Email - SmarterMail - How to Change Password

  1. Log in to your WCP at wcp.hostek.com
  2. Select from under the Email area: Users

  4. Enter a new password for the user
  5. Click Save
