How To Edit/Change My Details

  1. To login, visit http://cp.hostek.com
  2. Username use your Email Address:
  3. Password use the one provided to you in the welcome e-mail
  4. Click the "My Details" tab in the Top middle left of the screen.
  5. You will see a screen where you can edit all your information.
  6. Once your done editing click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the screen

How to Add a New Contact or additional contacts

  1. To login, visit http://cp.hostek.com
  2. Username use your Email Address:
  3. Password use the one provided to you in the welcome e-mail
  4. Click the "My Details" tab in the Top middle left of the screen, then click the "Manage Contacts" on the middle screen menu bar.
  5. Add the information needed.
  6. You can select the e-mail preferences that you want them to be able to receive under the "Email Preferences" section at the bottom.
  7. Once you are done click on the "Save Changes" icon at the bottom of the screen.

How to add or edit your credit card information

  1. To login, visit http://cp.hostek.com
  2. Username use your Email Address:
  3. Password use the one provided to you in the welcome e-mail
  4. Click the "My Details" tab in the Top middle left of the screen, then click the "Change Credit Card Details" on the middle screen menu bar.
  5. Put the requested information carefully. Please double check your CC number when imputing it.
  6. Once you are done click on the "Save Changes" icon at the bottom of the screen.

How to reset or change your password

  • To change your password
  1. To login, visit http://cp.hostek.com
  2. Username use your Email Address:
  3. Password use the one provided to you in the welcome e-mail
  4. Click the "My Details" tab in the Top middle left of the screen, then click the "Change Password" on the middle screen menu bar.
  5. Put the Existing Password, New Password and then confirm the new password.
  6. Once you are done click on the "Save Changes" icon at the bottom of the screen.
  • To reset your password
  1. To login, visit http://cp.hostek.com
  2. Click on the "Request a Password Reset" to the bottom.
  3. Enter the "Email Address" that we have on file.
  4. If you have a security question setup then you will need to provide that answer as well. Hit the "Submit" icon.
  5. Now the it should say "Validation Email Sent"
  6. Once you receive the e-mail please click on the url where it says "To reset your password, please visit the url below:"

How to change the "Security Question"

  1. To login, visit http://cp.hostek.com
  2. Username use your Email Address:
  3. Password use the one provided to you in the welcome e-mail
  4. Click the "My Details" tab in the Top middle left of the screen, then click the "Change Security Question" on the middle screen menu bar.
  5. Please choose a security question
  6. Please enter an answer, Please confirm your answer.
  7. Once you are done click on the "Save Changes" icon at the bottom of the screen.

How to Pay an invoice for Paypal and Credit card payments

  1. To login, visit http://cp.hostek.com
  2. Username use your Email Address:
  3. Password use the one provided to you in the welcome e-mail
  4. Click the "My Invoices" tab in the Top middle of the screen.
  5. You will see a list of all your invoices on your account tracked by a invoice #
  6. Now find the invoice that you are needing to pay.
  7. Click on the "View Invoice" tab.
  8. Once you are in verify the payment method is set to the correct method.
  9. Now click on the "Pay Now" icon.
  10. If you are paying by paypal your paypal login screen should pop up.
  11. If paying by CC you can "Use Existing Card" or "Enter New Card Information Below"
  12. Make sure your information is set correctly.
  13. Now click on the "Click to Continue" icon.
  14. Proceed with the payment.

How to Manage My registered Domains in my account

  1. To login, visit http://cp.hostek.com
  2. Username use your Email Address:
  3. Password use the one provided to you in the welcome e-mail
  4. Click the "My Domains" tab in the Top middle of the screen.
  5. On this screen you will see a list of your registered/transferred domains, the registration date and the next due date (expiration date).
  6. To manage your domain name click on the little Notebook with a green arrow on it to the right middle of the screen.
  7. Here you can Enable/Disable auto renew. We recommend that you have auto renew enabled.
  8. If a domain is disabled from auto renew "WARNING! It will therefore expire and become inactive at the end of the current term unless manually renewed."
  9. To renew a domain right now click on the "Renew Domain" Tab to the bottom of the screen.
  10. Select the domain you are wanting to renew and then click on the "Order now tab"
  11. To modify the whois information for a domain names contact please click on the " Contact Information" Tab.
  12. Put the information needed and then click save. We recommend that you leave the administrative contact as us so we can manage the pre domain renewal notices.
  13. To get the EPP code click on the "Get EPP Code" Tab.
  14. To modify the name server for where your domain name points to input the name servers in the middle of the screen where it says Nameserver 1: and Nameserver 1: then click the "Save Changes" tab right under that.
