To prevent bots from "hijacking" your email forms, we recommend using a CAPTCHA. This is a technology that requires human interaction before it allows the user to submit a form. There are several implementations of this available, but a great choice is ReCAPTCHA. This particular CAPTCHA system has plugins that allow it to be used with technologies such as ASP.Net or PHP: http://www.google.com/recaptcha/whyrecaptcha
