• 50,001 - 100,000 = $35/month add-on
• 100,001 - 200,000 = $50/month add-on
• 200,001 - 400,000 = $75/month add-on
• 400,001 - 750,000 = $90/month add-on
• 750,001 - 1,000,000 = $110/month add-on
• 1,000,000 = contact sales
