WCP

  1. Click on "File Manager" under the "Files" section
  2. Double Click on the "Logs" folder
  3. Double Click on the "W3SVCxxx" folder
  4. Right-Click on the access log file you want to view
  5. Click "Edit" to view the log
  • For older logs you may need to unzip one of the .zip files for a previous date

cPanel

  1. Click on "Raw Access Logs" in the "Logs" section
  2. Click on the link for the log file you want to download
  3. Unzip the .gz with a program such as 7zip
  4. Open the file with notepad or your favorite text editing program
