How to Transfer Package to Different Account

How to Transfer a Package (domain or hosting) to a different account:


  1. Have the Receiving Account Holder register a new account if they don't have one already.
    1. Click here for [URL to Register https://cp.hostek.com/register.php]
  2. Original Account Holder will need to submit a ticket with approval (ie, provide answer to security queston)
    1. Give your ticket # to the receiving account holder for reference.
  3. Receiving (new) Account Holder will need to submit a ticket with approval and reference the ticket # referenced above.
  4. The above information will provide us with the details needed to complete the request.

NOTE: If you are a Reseller, moving a domain/package to it's own account, as part of Step 1 above have the Receiving Account Holder also place an order for the respective package they need.
