1. Open the Browser

3. Click Settings
4. Click "Show advanced settings..."
5. Click Clear Browsing Data
6. Select the time range
7. Check the "Cookies and other site and plug-in data" box
8. Click Clear Browsing Data

Mozilla Firefox

1. Open the Browser
2. Click on History
3. Click on Clear Recent History
4. Select the checkboxes you need
5. Click Clear Now

5. Under the Privacy area, click on Content Settings
6. In the Cookies section make sure Allow local data to be set (Recommended) is selected
7. Cookies are now Enabled
