Restore Policy

VPS Customers

Windows based

Windows based VPS customers (ie, Windows, ColdFusion on Windows and Lucee on Windows) have the ability to self restore files/folders via the control panel.

cPanel

One free Customer requested restore (Full/Partial) from a backup per calendar month. Additional Customer requested restores per calendar month will be subject to a $9.95 restore fee.


Shared hosting customers

Restore Policy: One free Customer requested restore (Full/Partial) from a backup per calendar quarter. Additional Customer requested restores per calendar quarter will be subject to a $9.95 restore fee.
