Billing Control Panel - How to Change Password

• Login to your "Client Billing Area" at cp.hostek.com.
• Click on "Hello, <name>" .
• Then click the option for "Change Password"
• Enter in your CURRENT password, followed by the NEW password you wish to use in both boxes.
• Click on "Save Changes" tab.

Windows Control Panel - How to Change Password

• Login to your "Client Billing Area" at cp.hostek.com.
• Click on "Hello, <name>" .
• Then click the option for "Change Password"
• Enter in your CURRENT password, followed by the NEW password you wish to use in both boxes.
• Click on "Save Changes" tab.

This will change your password to both wcp.hostek.com and cp.hostek.com.

Linux Control Panel - cPanel - How to Change Password

• Login to your cPanel
• Click Change Password under Preferences
• Fill in the information that it asks for
• Click Change your password now!

Email - SmarterMail - How to Change Password

• Log in to your WCP at wcp.hostek.com
• Select Users from under the Email area
• Click the Pencil Icon next to the username you would like to update
• Enter a new password for the user
• Click Save

Note - Passwords are now required to have an Uppercase, lowercase and number for security.
