• The best option for you to Enable the Junk/Spam Mail Folder in Thunderbird is to Enable these settings:

1. Open Thunderbird
2. Open the Menu (The 3-horizontal bars icon)
3. Go to Options and then Account Settings
4. Under your Hostek Email Address' Settings go to Junk Settings
5. Enable the following:
   • Adaptive junk mail controls for this account
   • Move new junk messages to: "Junk folder" on: your@emailaddress.com
6. Save your settings by clicking OK
