Apache's mod_userdir allows users to view their sites by entering a tilde(~) and their username as the uri on a specific host. For example http://test.cpanel.net/~fred/ will bring up the user fred's domain.
To enable it:
- Login to WHM
- Security Center > Apache mod_userdir Tweak
- To enable globally, uncheck "Enable mod_userdir Protection". To enable for a specific site, check the "Exclude Protection" checkbox for the specific site listed on this page.
- Click on save
