Billing Control Panel - How to Change Password
- Login to your "Client Billing Area" at cp.hostek.com.
- Click on "Hello, <name>" .
- Then click the option for "Change Password"
- Enter in your CURRENT password, followed by the NEW password you wish to use in both boxes.
- Click on "Save Changes" tab.
Windows Control Panel - How to Change Password
- Login to your "Client Billing Area" at cp.hostek.com.
- Click on "Hello, <name>" .
- Then click the option for "Change Password"
- Enter in your CURRENT password, followed by the NEW password you wish to use in both boxes.
- Click on "Save Changes" tab.
This will change your password to both wcp.hostek.com and cp.hostek.com.
Linux Control Panel - cPanel - How to Change Password
- Login to your cPanel.
- In the Email area, Click on Email Accounts
- Now under the Actions Click Change Password.
- Choose your New Password.
- Click Change Password.
- Note - Passwords are now required to have an at least 8 Characters, an Uppercase-letter, 1 symbol, and 1 number for added security measures, against spam.
Email - SmarterMail - How to Change Password
- Log in to your WCP at wcp.hostek.com.
- Select from the Email area the button Users.
- Click the Pencil Icon next to the username you would like to update.
- Enter a new password for the user.
- Click Save.
- Note - Passwords are now required to have an at least 8 Characters, an Uppercase-letter, 1 symbol, and 1 number for added security measures, against spam.
