Billing Control Panel - How to Change Password
- Log in to the Billing Control Panel at https://cp.hostek.com/clientarea.php.
- Click the "Hello, <name>" drop-down menu, on the far right of the black bar.
- Now Click Change Password.
- Enter your Existing password, followed by the New password.
- Click Save Changes.
- Note - This will change your password for both http://wcp.hostek.com/Login.aspx and https://cp.hostek.com/clientarea.php Logins.
Windows Control Panel - How to Change Password
- Log in to the Billing Control Panel at https://cp.hostek.com/clientarea.php.
- Click the "Hello, <name>" drop-down menu, on the far right of the black bar.
- Now Click Change Password.
- Enter your Existing password, followed by the New password.
- Click Save Changes.

- Now under the Actions list, Click Change Password.
- Choose your New Password.
- Click Change Password.
- Note - Email Account Passwords are now required to have an at least 8 Characters, an Uppercase-letter, 1 symbol, and 1 number for added security measures, against spam.
Email - SmarterMail - How to Change Password
- Log in to your WCP at http://wcp.hostek.com/Login.aspx.
- In the Email area Click the Users button.
- Click the Pencil Icon next to the username you would like to update.
- Enter a new password for the user.
- Click Save.
- Note - Email Account Passwords are now required to have an at least 8 Characters, an Uppercase-letter, 1 symbol, and 1 number for added security measures, against spam.

- Usually the Login page for any CMS will contain a form of a Password Recovery feature.
- Joomla! login page: http://yoursite.com/administrator or http://www.yoursite.com/directory/administrator
- WordPress login page: http://example.com/wp-login.php or http://www.example.com/directory/wp-login.php or with /wp-admin
- Mura login page: http://sampledomain.com/admin/index.cfm or http://www.sampledomain.com/directory/admin/index.cfm
