First, we would like you to fill out our [http://hostek.com/web_design.php Web Design Quote Form]. After we receive your request, we will review it and contact you.

==Will you edit an existing site or do you have to design it from scratch?==
We will edit an existing site for you. The rate is $80/hr and billed in 15 min increments.

==How long does it take for a design to be completed?==
Based on your needs, we will provide you with a timetable. These timetables are attainable provided you have all the text, logo's, and images available when you sign up and respond to our revisions in a timely manner.

==What is your payment policy and what type of payments do you accept?==
We require 50% of the quoted amount to be paid before work begins and the final amount when the site is done. We accept credit cards, checks or paypal.

==What if I need more pages? What is the cost?==
You may add additional pages at any time during and or after the design process is complete. Our design team is here to build you a website to fit your exact needs and specifications. The cost for extra pages added on to one of our designs is billed in 15 min increments at $80 an hour.

==Who owns the copyright of the site?==
Once you make the final payment, you have full rights to the website.

==Can you customize programs such as wordpress or dotnetnuke?==
Yes we can. Simply contact one of the designers and let them know what program you are wanting to use and we will let you know if we can customize the look of it for you.

==Do I have to host with you?==
We would prefer that you host with us but after you pay for the design you are free to take your site wherever you want.

==What hours is a designer available?==
Generally a project manager is available between 9 am to 5 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday.
