We have designed the network to not have any single points of failure. Starting with '''redundant power feeds''' (commonly referred to as a 'A' and 'B' power), '''redundant switches''' (also with Remote Power Supplies as a backup) and everything else all the way to the physical servers and Storage Attached Network (SAN) devices, we have made sure to take every measure to achieve 100% network up-time.

Our 99.999% Network Uptime Claim

Our 99.999% Uptime guarantee is achieve by designing the network infrastructure to not have any single points of failure.

Power: With redundant power feeds (commonly referred to as a 'A' and 'B' power) and multiple diesel generators to back even that up, every precaution has been taken to insure the network retains power.

Switches: Implementing redundant switches (also with Remote Power Supplies (RPS's) as a backup) this helps prevent a switch from causing a network issue.

Automatic Failover Load Balancing: Utilizing vmWare, if a physical server fails, vmWare will automatically move the virtual servers, load balanced, to other physical servers.

Storage: We utilize Dell's Equalogic storage in a Primary and Secondary SAN environment. The Primary SAN is where everything is run from in normal operating conditions. Data is replicated daily, more frequently in some cases, to the Backup SAN. In the even of a Primary SAN failure, the Backup SAN would then be utilized.

Combining all of this allows us to meet our 99.999% Uptime Guarantee.
